(A) Every sexually oriented business that is granted a license (new or renewal) shall pay to the town an annual nonrefundable business license fee in the amount then in effect for business licenses, pursuant to the applicable schedule, upon license issuance or renewal.
(B) A substitution of a manager of the business which occurs during the license year shall be filed with the Town Planner within 30 days of its occurrence, and a $100 investigation fee paid.
(C) All license applications and fees shall be submitted to the Town Planner.
