§ 33.03 CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Chief shall have control over the Police Department under the supervision of the Town Council. The Chief shall keep the Town Council informed of the department's activities and shall make reports that the Town Council may from time to time require. He shall perform other duties as may be required of him by the Town Council.
