§ 110.40 SALE ON SUNDAYS.

Pursuant to Session Law 2017-87, the sale of malt beverages, fortified and unfortified wine, and mixed beverages in premises permitted pursuant to G.S. § 18B-1001 located within the corporate limits of the town shall be permitted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
