§ 73.01 STANDING OR PARKING CLOSE TO CURB.
   (A)   No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway except as otherwise provided in this chapter. Vehicles parked in spaces marked for angle parking shall be headed in the direction of lawful traffic with the front wheel of the vehicle corresponding with the side of the street on which the angled parking space is marked within 18 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle within a zone covered by parking spaces indicated by white lines on the pavement, except in the space between two of the lines. No vehicle shall be parked so as to be partly in one space and partly in another. All vehicles must be placed in a position parallel with the markings.
