§ 70.10 EMERGENCY AND EXPERIMENTAL REGULATIONS.

The Chief of Police is hereby empowered to make regulations necessary to make effective the provisions of the traffic ordinances and to make and enforce temporary or experimental regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions for periods not to exceed 30 days; provided he shall report the results of experimental regulations to the Board of Aldermen.
