The amended comprehensive plan approved by the County Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, is hereby adopted and all of the provisions, conditions and terms of such amended comprehensive plan on file in the office of the Franklin-Simpson County Planning and Zoning Commission are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.
