Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, or any notice of order issued pursuant hereto after all appeals shall have been exhausted, or who shall destroy or remove any notice and order of condemnation posted by the Building Inspector and/or Code Enforcement Officer before ordered remedial action shall be effected or reversed on appeal, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
