(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500, and in addition thereto shall be held liable for all court costs and attorney fees incurred by the city in enforcing this chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation or occurs or continues.
