§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a misdemeanor or violation shall be imprisoned for a definite term, or fined, or both, which term of imprisonment and a-mount of fine shall be fixed by the court as provided in this section.
   (B)   Terms of imprisonment for misdemeanors shall be imposed as follows:
      (1)   For a Class A misdemeanor, not more than 12 months; and
      (2)   For a Class B misdemeanor, not more than 90 days.

   (C)   Fines for misdemeanors and violations shall be imposed as follows:
      (1)   For a Class A misdemeanor, not more than $500;
      (2)   For a Class B misdemeanor, not more than $250;
      (3)   For a violation, not more than $250; and
      (4)   This paragraph does not apply to a corporation.

   (D)   Violators of § 130.04 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $25. The continuance of the storage for 12 consecutive hours shall constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   Any person violating § 130.05 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 or mere than $100 for each offense.

   (F)   Any person who violates § 130.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $100 for each offense.

   (G)   Any person, firm, business, partnership or corporation that violates any provision of § 130.07 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $200.
   (H)   Any person who violates § 130.08(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined no less than $50 nor more than $500 and/or imprisoned for no longer than 50 days.
