§ 130.05 POSTERS ON UTILITY POLES.
   Any person who shall nail, tack, paste or place in any manner whatsoever, bills, posters or advertisements upon any telephone or utility poles shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 or mere than $100 for each offense.
