§ 95.22 BUILDING MATERIALS IN STREETS.
   (A)   Section 95.21 shall not apply to persons building or repairing any house or building who shall not use more than one-half of such street opposite to such building, for such building materials, leaving free passage along the streets, alleys, sidewalks and pavements. No person shall leave upon the sidewalk or pavement any of the building materials above mentioned, but shall keep such sidewalks or pavements as clean and clear of obstructions as may be possible. Plasterers and painters shall have the same privileges.
   (B)   Any person building or repairing any building who shall place in any street, alley, sidewalk or pavement any of the building materials mentioned in this section shall have same removed within three days after the completion of such building.
