§ 73.10 MIRRORS.
   (A)   Every motor vehicle which is so constructed or loaded as to obstruct the operators view to the rear, and every commercial motor vehicle or more than one-half ton capacity shall be equipped with a mirror so located and adjusted as to reflect to the driver a view of the highway for a distance of at least 200 feet to the near of the vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall, by himself or herself or through his or her agent or servant, operate a motor vehicle upon the highways without the equipment required by division (A) above. Each day of operation without the equipment shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   No person shall sell, barter or otherwise dispose of any motor vehicle described in division (A) above, unless it is equipped with a mirror as provided in that division (A) above.
