§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates an section of this traffic code for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
   (B)   Every person convicted for violation of § 70.02(A) shall be punished upon a first conviction by imprisonment for a period of not less than five days nor more than 90 days, or by fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 or by both such fine and imprisonment for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 70.02(B) shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $2,000 or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year or both.
   (D)   Any person who violates §§ 73.03 or 73.04, or § 73.08 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $500.
   (E)   Any person who violates § 71.13 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days or both.
   (F)   Any person who violates § 71.14(B), shall be fined, for the first offense, not less than $100 nor more than $500; for the second offense, a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 and imprisoned for not less than three days nor more than six months; for each subsequent offense. he or she shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 and imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than 12 months.
   (G)   Any peace officer who violates § 71.14(C) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
