The city hereby approves, adopts and incorporates herein by reference the General Guidelines Covering the Installation of Water Mains and Appurtenances, which was adopted by resolution on December 11, 2000, which resolution and guidelines being available at City Hall for inspection and review during normal business hours. These Guidelines may be amended from time to time by resolution duly adopted by the City Commission. All future construction, installation and/or extensions to water lines within the city’s water service area shall be subject to these guidelines and the provisions of § 50.35.
