A. Water Flowing On Public Ways: It shall be unlawful for any person using or controlling water within the city, whether for irrigation or other use, to permit the same to run upon any sidewalk or public street in the city.
B. Ditches Across Public Ways: It shall be unlawful for any person to construct any ditches across any sidewalks or streets in the city without first securing the consent of the city council, and placing a suitable box or culvert under said sidewalk or street. (Ord., 7-14-2010)
