4-1-8: EXCEPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS:
Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be construed as prohibiting the driving of animals or stock, while under the supervision or control of a competent person, through the streets of the City. (1935 Code § 94; amd. Ord. 1, 8-1-1967)
