4-1-4: SANITARY CONDITIONS:
   A.   Location Of Animal Corrals: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any corral for horses, cattle or sheep, or any pigsty, within fifty feet (50') of any sidewalk, or any inhabited house or public building within the City. (1935 Code § 103; amd. Ord. 1, 8-1-1967)
   B.   Removal Of Manure: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any horses, cattle, sheep, pigs or chickens in any corral, pigsty or chicken house in the City, unless he shall, before May 1 of each year, remove all manure or excrement of said livestock from said places, and either spread the same upon his lands and plow the same under or remove the same from the City limits.    C.   Dead Animals: It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any dead animals or poultry to remain on his premises for more than twenty four (24) hours without either burying same or removing the same outside the City limits and burying same, and such animals when buried shall be covered by not less than two feet (2') of earth.
