4-1-2: ANIMALS AT LARGE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any horses, cows or cattle of any kind, sheep, pigs, goats, chickens or poultry of any kind to run at large upon the public streets, or upon any public grounds or to trespass upon the property of another. Any person driving any animals through the streets of the City shall have same under control, and shall proceed with the same without delay to their destination and shall keep same off public sidewalks, and shall be liable for any damage they may do in passing through the City, either to public or private property.
