A. License Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate any business, trade or profession, hereinafter named, in the City, for which a license is required, without first having obtained such license, and paying the fee therefor to the City Clerk in advance. B. Fee: Unless otherwise provided, the license fee shall be thirty five dollars ($35.00) for any and all businesses or as set by resolution subsequently. (1999 Code)
