7-1-9: VIOLATION AND PENALTY 1 :
   A.   Violation A Misdemeanor: Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this title is committed, continued or permitted.
   B.   Punishment Pursuant To Idaho Code: Upon conviction of any violation of any of the provisions of this title, such persons shall be punished by a fine as set by the state of Idaho code. (Ord. 1998-1, 7-17-1998)
