If any portions of the codes adopted herein conflict with any other city ordinance, the existing city ordinance shall prevail. Any references in the codes adopted herein to a board of appeals shall be construed to mean the city council, and the city council may establish such procedures as it sees fit to hear and determine appeals. Existing city ordinances and policies regarding procedures and costs for permits shall supersede any such regulations set forth in any of the codes adopted by this chapter. (Ord. 2011-9-14, 9-14-2011)
