The road map attached to the ordinance codified herein is hereby adopted as the Official Road Map of Franklin County. The “key” to the road map is adopted as part of the road map and the different types of roads on the road map, which correspond to the key, are given the definitions as set forth in § 150.051. All roads designated as “primitive”, “unimproved”, “primary paved”, “secondary paved”, “gravel”, and “seasonal and minimal upkeep” are declared hereby to be part of the county road system and are county roads. The roads designated “deleted or private” are hereby declared to be abandoned and/or private roads, over which the county claims no jurisdiction, and for which the county will provide no maintenance or other services.
