§ 150.019  DISTANCE FROM ROADS.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall hereafter erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, and/or locate any building or structure within 50 feet of a county road right-of-way, as defined in § 150.016, nor within 80 feet of the centerline of any private road.
