For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COUNTRY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
(1) Include the actual right-of-way:
(a) As established by legal description;
(b) As established by prescription;
(c) As established by use and maintenance;
(d) As marked by boundary fences; or
(e) As determined by measuring 30 feet on each side of a centerline running down the center of the roadway.
(2) Said RIGHT-OF-WAY being determined by the above method which establishes the greatest and largest right-of-way.
