§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 130.01 to 130.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 130.15 will be dealt with according to law and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
