It shall be unlawful for any unmarried minor under the age of 18 years to remain on the streets and roadways in the unincorporated areas of the county after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays, and 12:00 midnight on Friday, Saturday, and holidays, except if such minor is in the company of his or her parent or guardian. Provided however, if said minor has attended an officially- sanctioned school or community function which extends beyond the times stated herein, then the minor shall have 30 minutes after the termination of the said function to travel to and be at his or her home.
