§ 130.02  PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to permit or allow any of his or her unmarried minor children or wards under the age of 18 years to remain on the streets and roadways in the unincorporated areas of the county after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays, and 12:00 midnight on Friday, Saturday, and holidays, except if such minor is in the company of said parent or guardian. Provided however, if said minor has attended an officially-sanctioned school or community function which extends beyond the times states herein, then the minor shall have 30 minutes after the termination of the said function to travel to and be at his or her home.
   (B)   It shall be an affirmative defense against violation of this section for any such parent or guardian to notify, in advance, the County Sheriff’s office that his or her child or ward is out of the house without the permission and consent of the parent or guardian.
