Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of § 112.01 or who shall maintain any junk, garbage, or disposal site shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment not to exceed six months or by bond subject to fine and imprisonment.
