§ 110.15  UNLICENSED SALE OF BEER PROHIBITED.
   No person or other entity shall sell beer within the county without first obtaining a retailer’s license from the county, after submitting to the County Clerk an application for the retail sale of beer, and after approval of said application and license by the Board of County Commissioners.
