§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 110.15 to 110.19 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 or confinement in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (C)   Violation of any of the terms of § 110.20 shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable by the imposition of a fine in the sum of not to exceed $300 or by being incarcerated in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
   (D)   Violations of § 110.35 to 110.38 shall be punishable by the imposition of a fine in the sum not to exceed $300 or by being sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
