§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of a provision of § 93.01 shall be unlawful and punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
