§ 93.01 USE OF WATERWAYS AND RESERVOIRS.
   In order to provide for the health and safety of persons using reservoir facilities in the county and to provide accessibility of persons to use such facilities, it shall be unlawful for any person using the waterways and reservoirs within the county, including, but not limited to, Glendale, Condie, Treasureton, Twin Lakes, LaMont, Johnson, Foster, Winder, Oxford, and Nash Reservoirs and adjacent public, reservoir company, and private lands to either perform or permit to be performed any of the following acts:
   (A)   Bring in or dump, deposit, or leave any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage, or refuse, or other trash. No such refuse or trash shall be placed in any waters or be left anywhere on the said lands adjacent thereto, but shall be placed in the proper receptacles where these are provided; where those receptacles are not provided, all such rubbish or waste shall be carried away from the area by the person responsible for its presence and properly disposed of elsewhere.
   (B)   Camp, reside, stay, or leave camping equipment or other possessions on the public, reservior company, or private lands adjacent to the above described property for a period longer than 48 hours.
   (C)   Fail to extinguish all fires when such fires are permitted and fail to leave the privies in good order and the facilities, if any, in a neat and sanitary condition.
