The Winder Reservoir situated in the county is hereby restricted to, and the following is restricted from, the use of boats, rafts, canoes, or any other floatable object to convey people upon said Reservoir, and that it shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to go upon the waters of the Winder Reservoir, and the same is restricted to bank fishing, and it is our intention to prohibit anyone from the surface of said Winder Reservoir.
