§ 92.45  FARMING AND OTHER PRIVATE USE OF RIGHTS-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   Farming and other private use of rights-of-way prohibited. It shall unlawful to plant or otherwise cultivate any tree, shrub, crop, or growing plant of any kind within any county road right-of-way.
