Any person or entity who obtains a license to operate a video game machine, as defined by the State Video Gaming Act, in an establishment which is under the jurisdiction of the county, which shall include any establishments that distribute liquor, fraternal organizations, truck stops or other establishments in the unincorporated areas of the county which obtain a license to operate a video gaming machine from the State Gaming Board, shall register said license with the County Clerk and shall pay a yearly fee of $25 for each video gaming machine licensed by the State Gaming Board to the County Clerk.
