§ 111.054  DELIVERY TO INTOXICATED PERSONS.
   No person shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under 21 years of age, to any intoxicated person or to any person known by him or her to be an habitual drunkard, a spendthrift, insane, mentally ill or deficient person or one in need of mental treatment.
