A violation of this chapter is punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000. Each violation is a separate and distinct offense hereunder subjecting the violator to separate and distinct penalties, as well as constituting grounds for either the revocation or suspension of the said license. Each day a violation continues will be considered a separate offense.
