§ 111.045  DRINKING ON PUBLIC WAYS.
   It shall be unlawful to drink any alcoholic liquor on any public streets, public alleys, public sidewalks and other public ways in the county that are not included in said license, unless authorized at a regular or special meeting of the County Board.
