§ 111.025  BOND.
   Before a license is issued by virtue of this chapter, the applicant shall make bond in the penal sum of $1,000 payable to the People of the State of Illinois for the use of the county, on the condition that the licensee will comply with the terms and regulations of this chapter, said bond to be approved by said local Liquor Commissioner and to provide that the licensee will at all times obey the laws of the state and all the requirements of this chapter and that the licensee will pay all fines and costs assessed to the licensee upon the Liquor Control Commissioner’s determination of a violation of any of the terms of this chapter.
