§ 111.020  LICENSES REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to sell, or offer for sale or expose for sale, any alcoholic liquor, as defined in this chapter, within the county, without having a license from the county therefor. The Liquor Control Commissioner may require an application on any renewal date of any existing license.
