§ 91.52  ANIMALS WHOSE OWNER REQUESTS APPREHENSION OR IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   The owner of any dog or cat who requests a Animal Control Officer, or employees of the Animal Control Department, to apprehend and/or impound his or her animal(s) shall pay the Treasurer a $10 fee for each and every dog or cat apprehended and/or impounded under this provision and a $30 fee for each such dog or cat euthanized under the provisions of § 91.50. These animals could be adopted pursuant to § 91.53.
   (B)   All amounts collected pursuant to this provision shall be remitted to the Treasurer who shall place such monies in the Animal Control Fund and shall be used in paying the cost of operating the Animal Control Program more particularly set forth § 91.53.
