§ 91.21  INOCULATION.
   Every owner of a dog or cat four months or more of age shall cause such dog or cat to be inoculated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian annually or every three years, depending on the type of vaccine used, June 30 of the current year being the deadline for such inoculation. The Administrator shall provide licensed veterinarians with rabies inoculation certificates in a form approved by the Health and Environment Committee which shall be signed by the veterinarian administering the rabies inoculation vaccine. The original of said certificate shall be issued to the owner of the dog or cat or other animal that has been inoculated and a copy of the certificate shall be returned to the Administrator or his or her designated representative.
