(A) The proclamation provided for in § 90.02 may prohibit all outside burning for any period not to exceed 30 days and shall cease to be effective at the time stated therein unless, at the end of the 30-day period, the Chairperson shall deem the period of extreme fire hazard to still exist. The Chairperson shall then extend the proclamation for an additional 30-day period.
(B) Notice of the extension shall be given by publication as provided in § 90.02. The Chairperson may terminate the proclamation at any time the period of extreme fire hazard no longer exist. Notice of the termination of the proclamation shall be given by publication as provided herein.
