Special devices, now known such as television microwave dish receivers, solar collectors or any not currently anticipated by this chapter, may be permitted as an accessory use in any zoning district; providing that:
(A) No such device may be located in front of any structure on lots less than one and one-half acres;
(B) No such device shall be located within any required side yard on lots less than one and one-half acres; and
(C) No such device shall be located closer to any lot line than the height of that device.
