(A) Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of variances or conditional uses) shall constitute a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 and each day such violation or non-compliance continues shall be a separate offense.

(B) Violation of the provisions of §§ 155.295 through 155.317 of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements, including violation of conditions and safeguards established in connection with granting of a variance or special exceptions, shall constitute a misdemeanor civil offense. Any person who violates §§ 155.295 through 155.317 of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined no less than $100 or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both, and in addition, shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the Floodplain Administrator from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
(C) Violation of the provisions of § 155.376 of this chapter or failure to comply with any order or inspection report within the same time limit stated therein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $500 or by punishment; for not more than one year or by both such fine and imprisonment each day that such violation or failure to comply occurs, or is continued, shall constitute a separate offense.
