(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 53.23 and 53.24 of this chapter may be subject to disconnection of his or her water services by the Frankfort Electric and Water Plant Board or the water district providing the service. The utility providing the service may be permitted a reconnection fee pursuant to its tariff schedule.
(3) Further, any person who violates the provisions of § 53.23 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not to exceed $250. Further, any person who violates the provisions of § 53.24 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and/or up to 90 days’ imprisonment. Each day in violation of §§ 53.23 and 53.24 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
