260.01 DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED.

No Village employee or applicant for employment shall be discriminated against because of race, religion, national origin, age, political orientation, marital status, sex, handicap or any other cause not reasonably related to the accomplishment of a legitimate governmental purpose.
