625.07 SALE OR TRANSFER FOR REMUNERATION.

A person who sells or transfers, or attempts to sell or transfer, marihuana for remuneration shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or 90 days of confinement to jail.
