625.04 TRANSFER TO MINORS.

A person who transfers marihuana or marihuana accessories to a person under the age of 21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and/or 90 days of confinement to jail, and forfeiture of the marihuana or marihuana accessories.
