(a) A violation of this chapter shall be a municipal civil infraction.
(b) In addition to all other remedies, including the penalties and sanctions provided for in Section 202.99 of these Codified Ordinances, the Village of Franklin may commence and prosecute appropriate actions or proceedings, in a court of competent jurisdiction, to restrain or prevent any noncompliance with, or violation of, any of the provisions of this chapter, or to correct, remedy or abate such noncompliance or violation.
